Our Locations:
Call Center Customer Services Representatives will work from our Monticello clinic.


Schedule:
We can be flexible and will work with you to determine a schedule that best meets your needs, and the company’s needs! Part-time and full-time options available Monday through Saturday.


Call Center Customer Service Representative Position Summary:
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service through high-quality communication via phone or email.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls on a multi-line system, and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle caller’s request with exceptional customer service; take and retrieve messages.
  • Multi-task general call center duties including but not limited to receive, scan, and distribute appropriate client paperwork, faxes, perform preliminary insurance benefit checks, and process release of information.
  • Efficiently manage the new client intake process.
  • Manage schedules in line with client needs and therapist availability.
  • Initiate contact with clients to reschedule appointments and notify therapists of schedule changes as needed.
  • Be a privacy ambassador to ensure client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a starting base salary of $16.00 to $18.00 per hour with additional monthly individual and team bonuses and annual performance-based increases. We also offer a competitive benefits package including:

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Previous experience in a medical office or call center environment
  • Associate degree (preferred)
  • Customer service experience (preferred)
  • Medical terminology experience (preferred)

Physical Requirements:
This job operates in a professional office environment and regularly spends long periods sitting and using office equipment and computers. Tasks are repetitive using hands, fingers, and arms, headphones, speaking clearly and listening actively, occasionally lifting 5-10 pounds.
