Our Locations:
We currently have clinics in Chanhassen, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, St Michael/Albertville, Monticello,
and Waconia.
Schedule:
While we would prefer full-time availability, we will also consider part-time availability (30+ hours per
week). This position will be primarily remote with occasional meetings at our clinics.
Human Resources Generalist Position Summary:
The Human Resources (HR) Generalist will be responsible for executing HR strategies that align with the
organization's goals and foster a positive, productive work environment. The HR Generalist will have
responsibilities within a variety of HR functions including talent acquisition and development,
onboarding, employee relations and engagement, and payroll/compensation and benefits
administration. As our HR team continues to grow, the HR Generalist will also have the opportunity to
shape the role based on individual interest and strengths.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's growth trajectory from 100 to 200 employees.
- Manage and deliver a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new staff, aligning them with company goals and culture.
- Coach and provide support to leadership and other staff on policies, procedures, employee relations issues and with all legal requirements.
- Execute compensations processes including merit increases and bonus programs.
- Administer employee benefits including annual open enrollment, retirement savings, disability insurance, leaves of absence, and paid time off.
- Manage relationship with payroll vendor to process bi-weekly payroll. Resolve payroll issues and answer employee questions.
- Support initiatives to maintain high levels of employee engagement and retention, particularly as the company doubles in size.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations as well as recommended best practices; keeping job descriptions current and digital and hard copy employee files complete, reviewing employee handbook policies and procedures to maintain compliance, and completing audits as needed.
- Continuously improve HR processes and systems to ensure efficiency as the organization scales.
- Special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a full-time base salary of $50,000 - $70,000/annually based on experience and qualifications,
with annual bonus potential and annual performance-based increases. We also offer a competitive

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, ideally in a high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development, with an
entrepreneurial approach to solving HR challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Flexible, adaptable and a proven ability to manage and embrace change.
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives that drive business outcomes, especially in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
- HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is highly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
This job operates in a professional office environment and regularly spends long periods sitting and
using office equipment and computers. Tasks are repetitive using hands, fingers, and arms, headphones,
speaking clearly and listening actively, occasionally lifting 5-10 pounds.
