Our Locations:
We currently have clinics in Chanhassen, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, St Michael/Albertville, Monticello, and Waconia.

 

Schedule:
This is a full-time, hybrid or remote position which will require working from our clinics at times with occasional travel for events, meetings, and conferences.

 

Marketing Director Position Summary:
The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to grow the SunnyDays Therapy brand and business. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing and brand management. The Marketing Director will serve as a member of the SunnyDays Therapy Leadership Team and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, sales, product development, human resources, and creative departments, to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and support talent acquisition efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including market analysis, brand positioning, and promotional strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand development and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including new clinic openings, promotions, and events.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, target markets, and new opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing clear direction and setting measurable goals.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve the highest return on investment (ROI).
  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Develop relationships with external partners, including agencies, influencers, and media outlets, to enhance marketing reach.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Collaborate with the Human Resources department to create and implement marketing strategies aimed at enhancing employer branding and supporting recruitment efforts. This includes developing content and campaigns to attract top talent and leveraging social media, job boards, and other digital platforms to promote job openings and company culture.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
