We have clinics in Chanhassen, Edina, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, St Michael/Albertville, Monticello, and
Waconia. This position will travel to all clinics to provide care.
Schedule:
Full-time. We will work with you to determine a schedule that meets your needs and the needs of your
clients! We treat clients Monday through Friday from 8 AM - 6 PM.
Physical Therapist Position Summary:
As a Physical Therapist, you will help children live life to the fullest by increasing their functional
language through play. Our Physical Therapists foster positive, engaging relationships with children and
their families and are creative in their approach to care.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a full-time base salary of $67,000 - $80,000/annually based on licensure and experience, with
additional monthly & annual performance bonuses. We also offer a competitive benefits package

This role involves working with children of all ages and may require light work including but not limited
to movement of treatment equipment, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and reaching.
